How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan and enter a payment method. You get the full plan for 7 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the monthly plan starts automatically.
How do I unlock my plan in the app?
Right after checkout you'll see your license key. In Clipciety, go to Integrations, paste the key into License key, and click Activate.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Click Manage subscription in the app (Integrations) or on your checkout confirmation page. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the month you've paid for. Changing plans takes effect immediately.
Do my clips leave my PC?
No. Your recordings and clips stay on your computer. Only the clips you choose to post go to TikTok or YouTube. Billing only stores what's needed to run your subscription. See the Privacy Policy.
What counts as "hours processed"?
The length of stream recordings Clipciety analyses for highlights in a month. The count resets on the 1st, and failed jobs never count.
Do AI runs need anything extra?
AI titles, captions and hashtags use your own Anthropic API key, entered in the app. Your plan sets how many runs you can do each month.
